Day 31 - Yourself
I don't like taking pictures that include me in them...I prefer to be behind the scenes, but for this challenge I made an exception :)
Day 28 - Through
I was looking through a CD and loved how the light captured all the colors...oh, yeah, listening to 104.1 while waiting for Roland to get out of basketball camp.
Day 26 - Together
My son put some legos together and this is the result. He's so funny, he was watching Ninjago while holding on to his Ninjago lego toy...together :D
Day 24 - Stripes
The bungalow by the pool...can't wait for it to be open so I can take the kids swimming. They never want to get out, but this is a nice spot to chill and catch up on my reading.
Day 22 - Corner
Corner of Starbucks building...I was at the doctor's today and so wanted to get a mocha, but took control of my craving and just snapped the pic.
Day 21 - What I do
What I do...well, besides painting, crafting and taking pictures, I also love to work on PhotoShop. A collage put together from the photos I took in Memphis, TN...Happy Martin Luther King day everyone!
Day 20 - Something I saw
So, since I was stuck @ work, all I had were things I see at work on a weekly basis...my co-worker's cubicle decor.
Day 17 - Ready
Ready...I am ready to be myself again, I am so tired of this feeling & can't seem to shake it off. Maybe starting to do what I love will bring me back.
Day 16 - 2 Things
I went grocery shopping today and found these Barrilitos (small barral) which reminded me of Mexico...I miss my family & Mexico. Only 2, a representation of my 2 kids.
Day 15 - An Ordinary Moment
I think this is an extraordinary moment! Ordinary because 60% of the time, if my son is not working on origami, you will find him lost a book.
Day 13 - Circle
I took several pictures of circles and I think this one is the best out of the bunch...all of them are of images from work since I worked a 10 hour shift, no where else to take pictures at.
Day 12 - Surprise
Bel with her new flats...I took her shopping and she purchased these flats with her own money...we were both surprised at the price, from $44.99 to $8.99 AMAZING PRICE!
Day 11 - Water
The building next the one I work in has a peaceful entry way...wish I worked here...I could spend some good quality down time here.
Day 10 - One O'Clock
1:15 pm...I went on a walk during my break from work, it has been an extremely stressful week. I came across the sign to the Fireman's Retirement building and reminded me of last nights "Chicago Fire" show...I can't believe Kelly is leaving, I'm going to miss my Wednesday nights with him :(
For the real Firemen, thank you for risking your lives to save others.
Day 9 - Paper
My son is obsessed with origami...when he get's going, he tends to get lost within all the paper he uses to create his origami.
Day 8 - T
Trees...standing tall, soaking in all of today's rain to become stronger as the winds try to tear them down. I don't know what it is about these beautiful giants, but I sure do enjoy their graceful and peaceful sound as they dance in the wind.
Day 7 - Street
Street Art...I have wanted to take a picture of this mural for a very long time...glad I decided to go back & capture someone's art
Day 5 - Movement
Shopping day with the kids at the Woodland's Mall...it's so funny how they are so quick to ask for things when it comes to spending MY money, but when it comes to them spending their own, it's a whole different story
Day 2 - Something New
My daughter's 13th birthday gift....she's growing up & instead of balloons for my baby girl, I got her followers....flowers for the most amazing young lady in my life.
